Behaviour Support in Schools

View the 2017 Obudsman Inquiry into behaviour management in schools. This report focuses on issues concerning students with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The report discusses the difficult challenges that schools face, but also draws attention to reasonable steps that can and should be taken to meet the learning and support needs of students, within a framework of best practice and evidence-based behaviour support.

Focus on Ability- Short Film Competition Vote now

For the 6th consecutive year NOVA Employment is running the Focus on Ability Short Film competition. The competition is aimed at raising awareness of the abilities of people with a disability.

The theme for the competition asks film makers to “Focus on the Ability” of people with a disability.

Films will be available for viewing and voting from 9am August 5th through to August 17th.

Films will be both judged by a professional judging panel and put through an online voting process, with separate prizes for each category.
