Behaviour Support in Schools

View the 2017 Obudsman Inquiry into behaviour management in schools. This report focuses on issues concerning students with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The report discusses the difficult challenges that schools face, but also draws attention to reasonable steps that can and should be taken to meet the learning and support needs of students, within a framework of best practice and evidence-based behaviour support.

New Introduction to Anxiety Webinar for Schools

We are excited to introduce a new webinar by Dr Kenneth Nunn, child psychiatrist from the Children's Hospital at Westmead. The webinar is an interview with Dr Nunn and focuses on anxiety in children and adolescents with an intellectual or developmental disability. 
 
This is a great conversation starter and could be used in a staff meeting, or as an introduction to anxiety.

New Reflective Practice Webinar for Schools

This FREE webinar series is brought to you by a partnership between the Networked Specialist Facilitator -Strathfield, The Benevolent Society, and The Children's Hospital at Westmead School-Link.
